The Crossfit Games is still going on and we have one more working this week. Last weeks workout was the following:
14 minute AMRAP:
60-calorie row 50 toes-to-bars40 wall-ball shots, 20 / 14 lb.30 cleans, 135 / 95 lb.20 muscle-ups
I tried it on Friday and got 114 points, so I finished the row, toes-to-bar and got 4 wall-ball shots. I was really tired when I finished but I wasn’t quite happy with my score so on Monday Nathan and I talked about some strategies and I tried the workout again. I am so glad I did as I got 150 points and had a chance to do one clean (but I just had nothing left in me). In this workout I actually finished 16th in the gym- my best finish!
