Surgery week

I am off in the morning for surgery.  It has been a few months full of up and downs to say the least.  It has been hard leaving our friends in Cayman, but being in the US has been good for me medically.   I am a bit scared to be going back in for surgery on Friday, but I will have Richard and Jenifer with me.
