Hopefully we will be able to see you in 2021!

Hopefully we will be able to see you in 2021!

It has been a productive morning. I cleaned the kitchen, made some banana bread from scratch then got to clean the kitchen again!

Now I am enjoying it with a nice cup of tea.
Last night we went to a great little restaurant called Market to Table in Winter Garden. Our server had a Scottish accent so I asked where he was from in Scotland… turns out he is from Orkney! Such a small world!

Today I attempted the toughest ride on the Peloton platform. A 45 minute Tabata ride. A Tabata ride is basically 20 seconds of cycling as hard as you can with a 10 second break to catch your breath. This morning I did 56 of these.
I did struggle about 1/2 way through the class, but I finished strong!

ENERGY IS CURRENCY.
Our energy is renewable, but it also can be depleted really quickly. You have to focus your energy as currency, because that’s the foundation for how you’re going to show up in the world – for yourself and for others.
I fear this is going to be a long week in the US with the presidental elections.
You have to create a personal boundary for yourself in order to protect your energy. I plan on getting out on my bike or for a walk everyday and enjoying our beautiful weather this week!

Halloween in 2020 brought us a blue moon and it was a beautiful night out. To play out part in social distancing we put a table full of individual treats out and met up with our neighbors for some pizza and drinks outside. Other than the mosquitos it was a really nice night!

One of my favorite restaurant is a place called Melts on Main. It is a little sandwich shop in downtown Winter Garden and has a great lunch menu. For the first time we went to try their happy hour special, which includes an appetizer with every bottle of wine you purchase.
It was a lovely night out and the company, food and wine were amazing. We will definitely return for happy hour!

We had a welcome home breakfast for Richard this morning. Everyone was happy to have him home!

Guess who is sitting in the Atlanta airport?

I woke up to a little surprise at the front door. It is definitely the first time I have been Booooozed, but was such a nice surprise!
