So, we have huge NYE plans tonight- we are going to hang out at home and make some curry… I can’t think of anyplace else I would rather be tonight!

We were so sad to see them off at the airport today…. but we had a good weekend!
The Ritz
We finished up Richard’s birthday weekend at the Ritz Carlton champagne brunch…
We had lots of laughs and some great food!
Kaibo Grill
Last night we took a walk down to Kaibo for a wonderful dinner at the restaurant above the bar.
We started with a drink downstairs, but as the mosquitos were out we moved upstairs for a drink at the bar before sitting down for dinner.
They had a huge cabinet of rum to choose from. They boys each had a few glasses before dinner.
The food was amazing! I had the lamb with some grilled okra.
Finally came the Birthday Boy’s cake!
All this was followed up with a nice walk back to the condo. A really amazing evening!
Week update
Last week seems to fly by with everything going on around Richard’s birthday. We had a great party on Wednesday and the photos should be done soon.
Then Laura and Andrew arrived on Thursday and we headed up to Rum Point last night! So this morning has been relaxing, relaxing and more relaxing. Plans for the rest of the day include nothing!
Start of the Birthday Week!
So last night was Richard’s first Birthday dinner! Both Steve and Clayton are going to miss his party next week, so they took him for a great birthday dinner last night.
An attempt at a tree
I just couldn’t let Christmas go by without having a tree up… so we are going to make an attempt to keep it up! It has 40 lb of weights holding down the base and the ornaments are all tied on… the only issue is the lights and that seems to be what Avery has decided she likes!
Let’s see how long it lasts!
Avery
Avery is getting quite a bit bigger these days. It is hard to believe she is almost 7 months old!
Of course Yabbey and Avery are still not getting along, well to be accurate Yabbey doesn’t want to play with Avery yet. But, this morning they were this close without any growling!
