I did enjoy getting out and walking around.

I headed out to the Animal Kingdom this morning and the park was so empty and quiet. Lots of hand sanitizer and plenty of space between groups. I never felt uneasy.

Today I ventured down to Disney Springs for brunch with Julie and then we took a walk around the shops.

After brunch we took a walk around and it was so nice to be out around people. It wasn’t busy and everyone wore a mask. It was nice.

Last night I went to the second Foreign Experience at Melts on Main. The food did not disappoint!

This morning I decided to get out of the house and go for a cycle to Clermont. I took off early to beat the heat and people! I can’t believe it is 9 am and I am done!

I have been working on the garage and patio quite a bit during this lockdown. Saturday I put up the curtains and hung a fan on the ceiling.

Last night I went to Melts on Main for a pop up restaurant with Chef Bruno Fonsca. He is originally from Brazil but has been in the US for about 20 years. Typically it is an interactive dinner sitting at the bar watching him prepare the food, but due to Covid we had to sit at tables. It happens once a month, so I will definitely make it a habit to going!
It was a bit odd going on my own as it was a date night for everyone else there, but the food was amazing so definitely worth it!

Sunday morning I decided to make some pancakes for one. After a trip to the farmers market I had some fresh strawberries and blueberries.

There hasn’t been a lot going on around here with everything going on. The cats are keeping me busy and I have really been enjoying my Peloton bike.

I have been working on my Legos in the evenings. This is probably my favorite build.

Here are some random photos of the cats as you can see they are having a tough time these days

This morning I decided to get out and get some fresh air on the bike. I got 30 miles in.
