As we just received another 30 days of lock down I imagine I will be working away on more Lego builds! I am currently working on a pet store. We have a new kitten around our Lego town!

Thursday night excitement
I have forgotten what day is lock down we are on, but I am trying to mix up my time with different activities. Last night was a Lego nights.
Craft time
This is tonight’s craft project… the skill level is easy for ages 6+ so let’s hope it turns out!

Lego Projects
With all this time in the house I have been working on my lego project and I think it is coming along nicely!
Pancakes
So, being stuck in the house and I wanted something sweet so I made some pancakes from scratch. they actually turned out pretty good. Unfortunately I didn’t have any syrup so I had to top them with peanut butter and some of Richards Nutella!
Birthday Celebrations
I started off the day a bit different as I was working and attended a clients clay shooting charity event. I wasn’t sure I was going to enjoy it, but it was really a lot of fun. You had a golf cart and you went from station to station with different targets. It was in a rural part of Florida, which was good to see as well. Unfortunately there was a 3 hour drive home!
I came home and was greeted by Richard, the kitties and Clint & Anne. I got to open all my birthday gifts and cards before heading out to the cooking school in Winter Park.
It was a busy day, but a good day!

And my prize! 
I met up with Candi for the flower and garden festival at Epcot and we had a great time. The food was much better than the food they had at the food and wine festival! The next post will have all the topiaries that they had on display- they were amazing!
Tiffin Lunch
So I decided to go to Tiffin for an early birthday lunch. It gets reviews as one of the best restaurants in the parks and I have to say I would agree.
I started with a duo of appetizers (and forgot to take a photo). It consisted of charred octopus and a spiced falafel. The falafel was served with a mint-pistachio pesto and some pickled vegetables. Both were really good!
For my main I had a crispy corn cake with chermoula- infused vegetables and a corn emulsion. It was even better than the starter! I finished the meal off with a cheese plate and a nice cup of tea.

Animal Kingdom day
Today was an Animal Kingdom day and what made it even better is Candi was there! I started the day going to an animation class which was really cool. Now I am clearly not an artist… but it isn’t too bad!
