The advantage to living next to the library, it took me less than 5 minutes to vote. Simply took a quick walk and then dropped my ballot in the box.

Sunday
We fall. We break. We Fail. But then… We rise. We heal. We overcome. We rise. We heal. We overcome.
I have been having a tough time recently and I haven’t spent much time on the bike so I decided to spend a few hours on the bike this morning. The highlights of the classes were the 30 minute Sundays with Love and my first ever bike boot camp.
Of course had a few kitties around to join me…
Saturday Morning
After working around the house this morning I decided to treat myself to breakfast after my trip to the farmers market. I was actually wishing I had a jacket as it was a chilly 72 F (22 C) outside!
Tile Fix
I make a mistake a few weeks ago and dropped a cast iron pan, now I was lucky and it didn’t land on my foot, but it did crack a tile in the kitchen. A quick google search and I knew how to fix it… but I was a bit worried to mix the color. I couldn’t keep putting off fixing it, so this morning I made an attempt!
It takes 12 hours to fully dry and they say it will get lighter. Let’s hope it turns out ok!

Peloton Room
So I wanted to paint an accent wall in our new home gym and decided to give it a go this week. I started with a laser level and taping all the lines on Thursday and then did the painting on Friday.

Puzzle project
I really enjoy putting puzzles together and I got a new one recently. It might have been a bit much- but I finished it.
The foreign experience take 2
Last night I went to the second Foreign Experience at Melts on Main. The food did not disappoint!
Morning cycle
This morning I decided to get out of the house and go for a cycle to Clermont. I took off early to beat the heat and people! I can’t believe it is 9 am and I am done!
Saturday project
I have been working on the garage and patio quite a bit during this lockdown. Saturday I put up the curtains and hung a fan on the ceiling.
The Foreign Experience
Last night I went to Melts on Main for a pop up restaurant with Chef Bruno Fonsca. He is originally from Brazil but has been in the US for about 20 years. Typically it is an interactive dinner sitting at the bar watching him prepare the food, but due to Covid we had to sit at tables. It happens once a month, so I will definitely make it a habit to going!
It was a bit odd going on my own as it was a date night for everyone else there, but the food was amazing so definitely worth it!
