Mr. Ziggy’s health

Mr. Ziggy is finally back to himself after a tough few weeks filled with anxiety and concern. He completely quit eating and drinking, which was alarming for us, and so he spent a long weekend at the animal hospital where the caring staff did their utmost to help him recover. His fever peaked at an alarming 104.6 degrees, which left us worried about his health. After a series of tests and treatments, we were finally able to bring him home. Now, he is not only back to eating his favorite meals but is also running around with energy and enthusiasm, playing with his toys like his old self! It’s such a relief to see him back to his joyful antics and enjoying life again.

Not a lot of excitement

There hasn’t been a lot going on around here with everything going on. The cats are keeping me busy and I have really been enjoying my Peloton bike.

I have been working on my Legos in the evenings. This is probably my favorite build.

Here are some random photos of the cats as you can see they are having a tough time these days

Bike Ride

Sunday was my first organized bike ride. We drove about an hour to a town called Inverness. It was very low key with a start time between 7:30 and 9:00 am and you could chose any distance you wanted up to 100 miles (we rode 34). This was my longest ride so far and I did ok.

We followed it up with a local breakfast and the Hen House. The food was your good old small town food and definitely needed after the bike ride!

We then came home to this crashed out on the new couch.
