Diner at Temporis

We got a table at Temporis for dinner last night. They only have 20 seatings a night so I was really excited! They don’t have a menu just a 10 course meal and We went for the reserve wine pairings.

First off was a 2006 Andre Jacquart Champagne, which we really enjoyed

The first course was called Watermelon. Two this slices of watermelon with a feta ice cream and a mint cake.

This next one was one of my favorites. Fluke. Strawberry, Finger Lime, Tangerine Lace

Third was Crab. Avocado on the bottom. Grapefruit3 ways pumpernickel toast.

Next we switched over to a 2017 Alphonse Dolly. Which we also enjoyed.

This was one of Richards favorites. Tomato. A twist on a tomato gazpacho soup.

Corn was one of both our favorites. It was baby corn grilled with coriander and espelette with fresh truffles.

Next came Lobster. Lobster in a vanilla pasta with black truffles and tarragon

We switched over to 1999 Pelissero for the next few courses.

Sunchoke was next. It had Parmesan, gooseberry and sunflowers.

A5 Miyazaki Wagyu. Another one one of our favorites. Served with broccoli, orange and cashew.

The chefs take on a Mojito to cleanse your palate.

We didn’t care for the desert wine. A 1997 Moulin Touchais.

Lemongrass with Masago Arare, Yusuf and Shiso

We ended with Pistachio. It was a white chocolate cream with a cherry sorbet and a lemon balm cake.

It was an amazing meal and the service was outstanding!
