Holiday travel

I probably shouldn’t write is as it may all fall apart, but travel has been very easy this evening. We had a nice lunch and headed to the airport in cayman. We were through security and at the gate with only a 20 minute wait. Then we landed in Miami from wheels down to back through security only took 25 minutes and we have been relaxing at the club with a few drinks before we board our flight for Spain.

The flight was delayed for about an hour, but no issues for us.  We actually landed and were out of the airport within 20 minutes in Spain as well!
I can only hope the trip home goes this smooth!

Big Day

Well the big day is finally here…  The Jingle Bell Run starts at 7 am.  The JBR is the biggest event for the crisis centre every year and this year it looks to be the largest yet with close to 500 people taking place!

We have put a lot of work into making the event great this year- lets home it turns out!  Richard has been such a good sport as our living room has been race central for the last month!

Weekend activities

We did a bit of an island tour on Sunday afternoon.  We drove out to East End for lunch and to get a new pump for our fountain (which is still not working).

We tried Eagle Ray’s for the first time.  Most important to us the food was really good, you had nice views and could sit in the shade!  We will have to take my mom there when she is down next month.
