Sunday I made my second trip down to the Epcot art festival and it turned out to be a great night with some friends. We walked around and had some good food from the booths and finished with listening to some amazing disney broadway performers.

We went down to Animal Kingdom for a 5k. I really do not like the 2:30 am wake up required to get to the start line for a 5k… but that is a Disney race. What they do have is excellent race photographers!

The start time is 5 am and it takes waking up at 1 am to make it to the start line using Disney transportation. To top that off a good number of people who run the race are not runners and do not follow basic runners etiquette, which makes running difficult. I don’t know the number of times I had someone come to a complete stop in front of me without any warning.
This past weekend was the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon. It will definitely be my last Disney run, even though it is the only race I have gotten good photos from
Overall I had to get in a 14 mile run so it fit into my training plan!

We had a lovely Christmas Day. It started as a relaxing morning at home with the kitties and then we ventured down Bar George for lunch. There were two options for a main and they were both amazing. I went for the sea bass and Richard had the filet. After lunch we quickly headed home as Disney Springs was packed with people. The afternoon involved a nap on the couch with the kitties!

Today we took some of our special Olympic athletes to the Animal Kingdom. It was a great time!

I got some new software for video production and have been playing around with it. Here are some of the shots from Disney in 2020.

It has been a beautiful day at the animal kingdom so far!

I made another venture out of the house and went to do the Remy scavenger hunt at Epcot. I got there at 11 and I pretty much had the park to myself!

I really enjoy putting puzzles together and I got a new one recently. It might have been a bit much- but I finished it.

On Sunday I ventured down to Epcot for the food and wine festival. It was nice and quiet, but I think that is because of the tropical storm warning we were under.

I did enjoy getting out and walking around.
